SAY WHAT. NEIL GAIMAN'S IN TOWN? WAHHHHHT? AND I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS UNTIL WORLDCON ENDS TOMORROW?

AHHHH. MY READER'S SOUL IS GOING TO BURN IN HELL FOR MISSING THIS OPPORTUNITY (that I will never get again since I have a feeling it's going to be MTL's first and last chance at hosting WorldCon and MTL is too "unimportant" *scoff* for Gaiman to ever have a book tour here *sob*).

WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED OF HIS VISIT?  WHYY?  WHYYYYYYY?

*sob*

Note: Otakuthon was awesome this year.  Sunday was disappointing compared to last year, but it was fun nonetheless! \o/

I finally managed to finish Eldest yesterday night technically today since I finished reading it at 4Am. It took a lot of willpower to not throw this book at a wall or even burn it (mainly since I borrowed it from a friend) because. THIS BOOK. IS JUST. SO. BAD.

tl;drCollapse )

THANKS FOR READING. ♥

Felt like writing in this thing again, after I shamelessly wrote that I had a blog on my November exams. (My exams are in November so my school can avoid freak snowstorms in December like that year where there was over 30cm of snow and all schools in my region were closed. I missed my Integrated Science and French exams that year. \o/ Except, there's a snowstorm blowing our way today. What day is it? November 25? oops. naturebrainfart.)

Sooooo, Advanced Chemistry exam tomorrow! ...as if I'm going to bother studying tonight. =+= I've been studying adv. chem since this weekend and I'm sick of it. D: lololol, le's go physics~ ♥

Let's go have a look at the 2009 goal sheet. (aka let's go see how good I am at procrastination.)

  1. Paint the recycling station mural. I started? Should be done in two weeks.
  2. Make this year's Literary Magazine awesome since our team is really cool this year! ♥ Let's do our best guys! Never going to happen. Knowing how our team is so half-assed lazy this year. =w=
  3. Don't spend my time sitting with my laptop. Do something plz. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. kthx.
  4. Nabari no Ou cosplay photoshoot! My school is perfect for it! ♥ Missed opportunity called "Halloween". We got too lazy.
  5. Use up the ink toner again while printing a mega-sized poster. =w= Printer is locked this year. ...wait, did I get it unlocked yet? :/
  6. Annoy JK by crashing laptops. and stealing blank DVDs. ftw. Plzdon'tcrashlaptop.>w<
  7. Don't sleep late? What am I talking about? Okay, so my sleeping schedule isn't that bad, but it still needs improvement. >w
  8. Get manga into the library. Srsly, even our librarian likes manga, so why isn't there any in our library?! forgot.
  9. Draw or do something artsy throughout the year. Don't lose your drawing hand...like this summer. I'M DRAWINGGGG~~ :D

And some new ones...

  1. Learn Maya basics by the end of the year.
  2. Flash game goooo~! ♥
  3. Compose a song and make a music video out of it.
  4. Learn illustrator.
  5. Frequently update my deviantART.
  6. BLOG MORE. NOAW.

Done! 8D
Hope the school year goes well...

Can't wait to pick up Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories next Tuesday! I hope I get my pre-order freebies. ;; (I want the postcards.)

I wonder if I can buy The Last Remnant posters directly from the stores? urgg. I need to get a PS3 when the PS3 version comes out. orz

Um yeah. This week's been busy lately. My aunt and cute little cousin are here from New York for the week. I woke up today at 8AM which was really really hard to do to volunteer at the MUHC. I'm going again tomorrow for the Hospitality Center which is pretty fun. And I've been reading a lot of Jane Austen, which can be considered good or bad or possibly both since my writing has started to become rather rambly lately considering the style that was used back in the 18th century where everything was written in one sentence.

I need something to do.

Insert something random here...Collapse )

SHIP MEME TIEMCollapse )

Oright, I still have to write my Otakuthon impression and roundup. Ahh~ So lazy. x.x I'll do it. Sometime, just not today. OTLOTL
